Crafted with the perfect balance of two different types of mushrooms - the rich and earthy Porcini, and the delicate and slightly sweet Champagne Mushroom - mixed with generous bits of Black Truffles sourced directly from Spoleto, Italy. This creation is a true masterpiece made by our talented head chef with his secret in-house recipe. 

The Truffle Pate is a delicious spread with a unique gritty and chopped texture. From farming to harvesting of the Italian truffles, we were able to get the firsthand experience which eventually opened our eyes to the world of truffles.
