Organising the perfect swag for DSV's APAC Sales Conference was an exciting challenge. We aimed to create around 50 custom-branded toiletry bags that weren't just practical, but also a true reflection of DSV’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
Here's what we needed to tackle:
- Budgeting: We worked to craft these premium bags within a $40 to $50 budget per piece, balancing cost without compromising on quality.
- Logistics: The bags were to be delivered in bulk to Singapore, requiring precise logistical planning to ensure they arrived on time and in perfect condition.
- Sustainability: In line with DSV’s environmental goals, selecting eco-friendly materials that matched their corporate values was crucial.
The solution | Turning Tarps into Treasures
For the APAC Sales Conference, we had the pleasure of presenting about 50 attendees with a truly unique gift: the Dòng Dòng Sài Gòn Toiletry Bag. These weren’t ordinary toiletry bags; they were a celebration of style, sustainability, and meticulous branding. Each bag was skillfully crafted from upcycled green awnings previously used at The U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Transforming old awnings into elegant toiletry bags gave these materials a vibrant new life. What once shaded the streets of Vietnam now enhances the travel experience in Singapore, embodying DSV’s focus on practical sustainability and memorable, impactful gifting.
